The jeer: Jeers to Waste Management and Fayetteville's recycling program. Two weeks ago, the pickup crew tore the wheel off of my roll-out cart. After contacting Waste Management and being told that it would be repaired, I learned that no repair ticket been ordered. They had simply blown me off.
